Micki started her yoga journey almost 20 years ago and immediately fell in love the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice. It took some time but she was finally able to sit and be still. She felt grounded and with purpose. "I’m so excited to co-lead my first retreat with my soul sister Nina and share my joy and love of the practice of yoga.
Nina first tried yoga cross training for a marathon. Her trainer at the time suggested, "You need something to make you CHILL." She found the chill and so much more. The study of this art, science and philosophy has taken her all over the world, experiencing new cultures and trying new things. "To share my love of travel and yoga and co-lead this retreat with my girl Micki will be EPIC. "

Your final destination is Alejandro Velasco Astete airport in Cusco (CUZ). You will probably have to fly into LIMA and switch planes for Cusco. Please try to arrange arrival time in the afternoon, before 3 pm.
Does it matter if I have little to no yoga experience?
It does NOT!
If you're a verified master yogi or the weekend warrior, everyone is welcome, all levels. If you're brand new to yoga, we are thrilled you chose us.
P.s. We won't be bummed if you skip a sesh to sleep in/stay in the hammock cause you're taking the best nap ever.
Is there WIFI? What plug adapter do I need?
There IS WIFI and it's inconsistent and spotty. We highly recommend an international plan with your cellular company if you need to connect. A TYPE C plug adapter is what's needed to charge your electronics in Peru.
